The Accordion Effect

Here it is.

The sharing, the fracture — the rapid change, energy release, a return to the existing metobolism — the energy increase dissipates.

The reason habits take time to change is because the change itself releases energy. That energy is then put into the pool to drive the more conscious effort in making the change.

When you release this tension, the wave brings change. That wave dissipates at a rate determined by the resistance of time. Time is resistance/capacitance? – energy is current – space is potential. Electrons in this dimension are photons.
